Β Sean McNamara is a Professional FootGolfer in the US. Playing in the American FootGolf League for the United States National Team and Atlantic United FootGolf Club, Sean completed the 2022 season ranked 8th in the country. Sean was also the Vice-Captain of the USA National Team that won the 2022 Jansen Cup (FootGolf's Ryder Cup) against the United Kingdom. Sean was also member of Team USA when they won the FIFG FootGolf World Cup in 2016 in Argentina. Sean will once again be A Vice-Captain of the US in the 2023 FIFG FootGolf World Cup to be played May 27th through June 6th in Orlando, FL. The 2023 FIFG FootGolf World Cup is being hosted by Walt Disney World Golf and Evermore Golf Resort. The largest FootGolf event ever will host over 700 players from 30+ countries. FootGolf is a hybrid sport of Golf and Soccer, played on 18 hole golf courses by kicking a soccer ball into 21in. cups. There are over 500 FootGolf courses in the US and the sport continues to grow.
