Β Belted in 5 Different forms of matial arts, 2017 VA golden gloves champion, competes in no gi grappling, mountain biking, adventure/expedition racing and boxing. Former professional equestrian and must thai fighter. Full time personal trainer. Has been sponsored by Title Boxing and other brands. Currently carrying sponsorship from a NFL sports massage therapist, nutritionist and paleo Ice cream brand. Has been featured in solo New Balance international video campaign highlighting underdog athletes to watch. I work with upcoming athletes as well as the weekend warrior and professional international equestrian riders who want to gain a competitive edge on the competition. I am an all around badass, go getter and I crush any sport I set my mind to. I have a stacked competition schedule for 2018 between mountain biking, grappling and expedition racing. I seek to inspire those around me and I bring out the best in my teammates. I am a natural team leader, I was captain of a D1 polo team and coached 2 of the top open and womenβs teams in the county for the 2010-2011 season. People of all backgrounds look to me for guidance and strength. They are never disappointed as I am a power house and lead by example.
