I am a US Paralympic Team Cyclist, Para rock climber, Stay-at-home Dad, and US Marine Corps Combat Veteran. Between 2007-2012 I sustained multiple Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) in combat and a minor stroke that affected my balance, coordination, and proprioception. In May 2020, I suffered a second stroke which severely affected my balance and coordination. Despite these challenges, I continue to push myself and compete to inspire other stroke and brain injury survivors, challenged athletes both young and old, and military combat veterans suffering from TBI.
