As a former collegiate athlete, I have decades of experience in competing at the highest level. As a team captain at Regis University, I led our Men's Soccer Team to the NCAA Elite 8 and Sweet 16 in back to back seasons. Following graduation, I continued to pursue my physical limits through a variety of amateur competitions - CrossFit, Triathlons, etc. I still compete at a high level having qualified for the Quarterfinals in 2023 of the CrossFit Games. In my work life, I have extensive knowledge and experience in the tech field and most recently led the Enterprise Sales team at WHOOP - helping hundreds of thousands of peolpe, and athletes, understand their biometrics and optimize their human potential. I have a vest network and have a devoted following on LinkedIn, Instagram, and in my personal life - of people who look to me for health and wellness guidance.
